Working with Cathy was an absolute pleasure. Cathy helped us with our first purchase when we moved to the area 11 years ago. So when the time to sell came, I never thought about listing with anyone else. Cathy's top quality is that she presents all of your options with facts to back up what she is saying and then takes a step back to let you decide your course of action. She is always willing to offer advice or make suggestions if you are struggling with a decision. However, you always feel in control of the transaction and never feel pushed in a direction you are not comfortable with. Easy going and calm as can be are the other things I loved about working with Cathy. Purchasing or selling a home can be one of the biggest decisions you can make in your life time. I was never overwhelmed or fearful about any part of the process and that was due to how open, friendly and professional Cathy is. You would be hard pressed to find a better realtor than Cathy. I had to sell my stepmother's house in an area that I was not familiar with the local market. I relied on Cathy's expertise immensely and my trust in her was completely justified. Her complete knowledge of the gated community my step mother lived in (Estates at San Jacinto) was incredibly helpful as she identified many upgrades in the house and knew all of the local people required to network with to insure the sale went smoothly. She helped us by managing the repairs after our house was broken into since we were out of state.
